1. 対象
本ポリシーは、iOS／iPadOS アプリ「吹奏楽セッティング（Ensemble Stage）」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 取り扱う情報
本アプリでは、利用者が入力・取り込みした次の情報を扱います。
- 団体名・演奏会名・会場名などの情報
- 団員の氏名・ふりがな・学年・パート・楽器・在籍状態・備考
- 取り込んだ CSV ファイルの内容
- 舞台・配置図・オブジェクトの座標などの配置データ
これらのうち、団員名・学校名・名簿は個人情報として取り扱います。
3. 保存場所
上記の情報は、すべてお使いの端末内のみに保存されます。現段階の本アプリには、アカウント登録・クラウド同期・共有機能はなく、これらの情報を外部のサーバーへ送信しません。
端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ等）を有効にしている場合、アプリのデータはお使いの Apple のバックアップ設定に従って取り扱われます。これは Apple のサービスによるものです。
4. 第三者への提供・解析
- 本アプリは、広告 SDK・分析 SDK を組み込んでいません。
- 利用状況を収集して外部へ送信することはありません。
- 取得した情報を第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。
5. 出力ファイル
本アプリは PDF・PNG・JPEG を作成できます。作成・共有・保存は利用者の操作によって行われ、共有先（メール・メッセージ・他アプリ等）の取り扱いは各サービスの規約に従います。個人名を含めたくない場合は、氏名を表示しない出力を選べます。なお、いったん外部へ出力・配布されたファイルの再配布を本アプリで防ぐことはできません。
6. カメラ・写真
本アプリは、出力した画像を利用者の操作で写真ライブラリへ保存する場合に、写真への追加権限を求めることがあります。この権限は保存のためだけに使用します。（紙名簿の撮影取り込み機能は今後のバージョンで提供予定で、その場合も端末内で処理し、確認後に一時画像を削除します。）
7. お子さまの情報
本アプリは、学校の部活動での利用を想定しています。団員情報の登録は、指導者・部長など権限のある利用者が、所属団体の運用に基づいて行うことを前提とします。個人情報を必要以上に入力しないことを推奨します。
8. データの削除
団体・団員・配置図・演奏会は、アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存されたアプリのデータも削除されます。
9. 変更
将来、共有・同期などの機能を追加する際には、本ポリシーを更新し、対象となる情報や送信先を明記します。重要な変更がある場合はアプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS/iPadOS app “Ensemble Stage” (“the app”).
2. Information handled
The app handles the following information that you enter or import:
- Organization, performance and venue names
- Member name, phonetic reading, school year, part, instrument, active status and notes
- The contents of any CSV file you import
- Stage, layout and object data such as coordinates
Of these, member names, school names and rosters are treated as personal information.
3. Where data is stored
All of the above is stored only on your device. The current version has no accounts, cloud sync or sharing, and does not transmit this information to any external server.
If you enable device backups (e.g. iCloud Backup), the app’s data is handled according to your Apple backup settings; that is provided by Apple’s services.
4. Third parties & analytics
- The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- It does not collect usage data or send it anywhere.
- It does not sell or share your information with third parties.
5. Exported files
The app can create PDF, PNG and JPEG files. Creating, sharing and saving happen only when you choose to, and anything you share (email, messages, other apps) is governed by those services’ terms. When you do not want personal names included, choose the without-names export. Once a file has been exported and distributed outside the app, the app cannot prevent it from being redistributed.
6. Camera & photos
The app may request permission to add photos when you choose to save an exported image to your photo library; this permission is used only for saving. (Scanning a paper roster with the camera is planned for a future version; when added, recognition runs on the device and temporary images are deleted after you confirm.)
7. Children’s information
The app is intended for use by school clubs and ensembles. Member data is expected to be entered by authorized users (advisors, section leaders) in line with the ensemble’s own practices. We recommend entering no more personal information than necessary.
8. Deleting data
You can delete organizations, members, layouts and performances at any time in the app. Removing the app from your device also removes the app data stored on it.
9. Changes
If sharing or sync features are added in the future, this policy will be updated to state clearly what information is involved and where it is sent. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
