「ないかも / NeedSoon」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、収集する情報を必要最小限にとどめます。本アプリは、アカウント登録なしで利用でき、広告や行動追跡（トラッキング）SDKを使用しません。
1. 端末内に保存される情報
買い物リストの項目（商品名・数量・備考・店・カテゴリ・購入状況・日時）、よく使う項目の履歴、あなたが設定したキャラクター（名前・アイコン画像）は、原則としてお使いの端末内に保存されます。共有機能を使わない場合、これらの情報が外部に送信されることはありません。
2. 家族共有を使う場合（任意）
家族共有を有効にすると、共有リストを同期するために、以下の情報が当社の利用するクラウドデータベース（Supabase）へ送信・保存されます。
- 買い物項目の内容（商品名・数量・備考・店・カテゴリ・購入状況・日時）
- 「誰が追加・購入したか」を示すために、あなたが設定した表示名およびアイコン画像
- 家族の名前、共有設定（購入済みの自動削除日数など）
- 家族を識別するためのランダムなID（家族ID）
家族への参加はQRコード（家族ID）によって行われ、アカウント登録・メールアドレスは不要です。仕組み上、家族ID（QRコード）を知っている端末は、その共有リストを読み書きできます。QRコードは信頼できる相手にのみ共有してください。共有をやめる（家族から抜ける）と、その端末はローカルのみの利用に戻ります。
3. バーコード検索
バーコードを読み取って商品名を調べる際、読み取ったコード番号が商品データベース「Open Food Facts」（openfoodfacts.org）へ送信されることがあります。送信されるのはコード番号のみで、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。商品が見つからない場合は手入力で登録できます。
4. カメラ・マイク・音声認識・写真
- カメラ：バーコードのスキャンや商品ラベルの撮影を選んだときにのみ使用します。ラベルの文字認識（OCR）は端末内で行います。
- マイク・音声認識：音声入力を選んだときにのみ使用します。音声認識にはAppleの音声認識機能を利用するため、認識のために音声データがAppleへ送信される場合があります（Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います）。
- 写真：キャラクター用の画像を選んだ場合に使用します。選んだ画像は端末内に保存され、家族共有を使う場合のみ共有のために送信されます。
これらの許可は、その機能を使うときに初めて求めます。許可しない場合でも、手入力による主要機能は利用できます。
5. 位置情報
本アプリは位置情報を収集しません。
6. 第三者サービス
- Supabase（家族共有リストの保存・同期の基盤）
- Open Food Facts（バーコードからの商品名検索）
- Apple（音声認識、iCloud等のOS機能）
7. データの削除
各項目はアプリ内で削除できます。家族共有をやめるには「家族から抜ける」を選びます。アプリを削除すると、その端末内のデータは削除されます。共有データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. お子様の利用
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。アカウント登録を求めず、収集する情報は買い物メモの利用に必要な範囲に限られます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
必要に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

NeedSoon ("the App") respects your privacy and collects the minimum necessary information. The App works without any account and uses no advertising or tracking SDKs.
1. Information stored on your device
Your shopping items (name, quantity, notes, store, category, purchase status, timestamps), your recent/frequent history, and the character you set (name and avatar image) are stored on your device. If you don't use sharing, this information is not sent anywhere.
2. If you use Family Sharing (optional)
When you enable family sharing, the following is sent to and stored in the cloud database we use (Supabase) in order to sync the shared list:
- Shopping item details (name, quantity, notes, store, category, purchase status, timestamps)
- The display name and avatar image you set, to show "who added / bought" an item
- The family name and shared settings (e.g., auto-delete period)
- A random identifier (family ID) used to group a family
Joining is done via a QR code (the family ID); no account or email is required. By design, any device that knows the family ID (QR code) can read and write that shared list, so share the QR only with people you trust. Leaving the family returns that device to local-only use.
3. Barcode lookup
When you scan a barcode to find a product name, the scanned code number may be sent to the Open Food Facts database (openfoodfacts.org). Only the code number is sent — no personally identifying information. If nothing is found, you can enter the name manually.
4. Camera, microphone, speech, and photos
- Camera: used only when you choose to scan a barcode or capture a product label. Label text recognition (OCR) runs on your device.
- Microphone & speech: used only when you choose voice input. Speech recognition uses Apple's speech services, so audio may be sent to Apple for recognition (subject to Apple's privacy policy).
- Photos: used if you pick an image for your character. The chosen image is stored on your device and is sent only for sharing if you use family sharing.
These permissions are requested only when you first use the feature. Core manual features remain available if you decline.
5. Location
The App does not collect location data.
6. Third-party services
- Supabase (hosting and syncing the shared family list)
- Open Food Facts (product name lookup from a barcode)
- Apple (speech recognition and other OS features)
7. Deleting your data
You can delete items in the app. To stop sharing, choose "Leave family." Deleting the app removes the data on that device. To request deletion of shared data, contact us below.
8. Children
The App is not designed to collect personal information from a specific age group. It requires no account and collects only what is needed to run a shopping list.

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
